Loss of Arch or Carrying Capacity

Lots of miles and/or heavy use can make leaf springs sag or lose their arch. This problem is easily fixed by simply re-arching the springs and in some cases adding an additional leaf to the spring pack. This will bring your suspension back to its original height and strength.

Re-Arching and adding a leaf to a set of leaf springs can be done in one business day or less and costs will range from $50 to $200 per spring, depending on your make and model and whether you bring in just your springs or have us do the work on your vehicle for you.

Broken Spring Leaves

In some cases broken spring leaves can be repaired depending on the overall condition of the spring pack. We simply take out the broken leaf and replace it with tempered spring steel. We can then re-arch the spring and bring it back to or even increase its original arch and load capacity.

Repair costs range from $80 to $200 per spring, depending on your vehicle and whether you bring in just your springs or have us do the work on your vehicle for you.
