Re-Arching (reconditioning) Leaf Springs
If your leaf springs have lost their arch (with no broken or cracked leaves) they can often be revived by re-arching the leaf pack. Adding a leaf and re-arching a leaf spring can bring it back to OEM specs and extend the life of the spring at a fraction of the cost of a brand new leaf spring replacement.
